BEING A GERM-FIGHTING SUPERHERO!

In today’s health-related lesson, WIS children were trained to become superheroes, fighting against pathogens and protecting their health.

Healthy habits are small but add to a healthy lifestyle for us. Let’s see what healthy habits WIS children share to become germ-fighting superheroes.

  • Staying active by participating in various physical activities, such as running, jumping, dancing, etc., to strengthen the body’s immune system.
  • Drinking a lot of water. It is a simple healthy habit that helps provide enough water to ensure overall health.
  • Eating a variety of foods. Fruits and vegetables come in various eye-catching colors and contain different minerals and nutrients. Adding fruits and vegetables to our daily meals is a good habit to strengthen our resistance and replenish nutrients for our bodies.
  • Maintaining body hygiene. Bathing, brushing our teeth daily, and washing our hands every time we go to the toilet are good habits that protect us from harmful bacteria.
  • Deep and sufficient sleep is crucial, helping to balance brain functions, improving the immune system and internal organs’ functions, etc. Did you know preschool children should get 8 to 10 hours of sleep every night?

Becoming a germ-fighting superhero is not difficult. Let’s practice and maintain healthy habits with WIS.
