Exploring space is always a learning topic of many children’s interest. Children tend to be excited and fascinated by the vastness of the universe. It satisfies the inherent curiosity and creativity of children. More than that, it is also an inspiration for the scientists and engineers of the future.

• The Solar System is a system that includes the Sun, Earth, and all the planets and asteroids that go around and around the Sun.
• Everything in the solar system revolves around the Sun. The Sun is a star – a massive ball of hot gas that gives light and heat.
• There are eight planets in the solar system, including Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune.
• The planet closest to the solar system is Mercury. The planet farthest from the Sun is Neptune.
• The largest planet is Jupiter. And the smallest planet in the solar system is Mercury.
• Earth is the only planet with creatures living on it.
