This summer, WIS children are passionate about discovering the learning topic of Superheroes. Becoming superheroes requires us to have excellent health. So, what brings superheroes a healthy body?
Last week, WIS children had a lot of fun participating in Sports Day with the Superhero Training Course theme. This week, WIS children will study what foods are considered healthy and beneficial and which are harmful and adversely affect our health!
“Healthy” and “unhealthy” may seem abstract for preschool children to fully understand. Let’s listen to what WIS kids talk about these concepts!
“Healthy foods are good foods that keep your heart, muscles, and bones strong.”
And vice versa, “Unhealthy foods make the heart, muscles, and bones sick and vulnerable to the virus.”
The words and gestures of the children when expressing their thoughts were a bit naive, but there is so much cuteness here.
The children joined in the food sorting activity, which helped them distinguish between healthy and unhealthy foods and make the right choices for healthy foods. The learning activity also boosts the development of children’s decision-making skills. Enjoy the pictures below to see how the WIS children pick up foods for their diets to become superheroes.
